GRAPHICSTEIN
Brand naming and Logotype design for a German based Art gallery shop which sells special and unique graphic design and art products.
The Project
Brand Identity, Graphic Design, Print
I was invited to create the brand identity for Graphicstein, a concept art gallery/shop in Germany that specializes in unique and smart graphic design and art-related products. The challenge was to create a brand that feels intelligent, creative, and approachable—just like the pieces it represents.
The naming and visual identity were both inspired by the word “smart”—smart creations, clever ideas. That naturally led to the figure of Albert Einstein, a universal symbol of brilliance and originality. Hence, the name “Graphicstein” was born.
For the logotype symbol, I designed a minimalist, abstract version of Einstein’s face, instantly recognizable yet refreshingly modern. To further emphasize the playful nature of the brand, the tagline “Smart Creations” appears with deliberately flipped letters—adding a clever twist that mirrors the store’s quirky and innovative personality.
The result is a fun, intellectual, and distinctive identity that captures the essence of the brand and its audience.
