About Me
Father, Graphic Designer, Creative & Art Director, Marketing & Social Media Lover, Photographer, Music Composer, Writer, Lyricist.
Hello and thanks for visiting my page! My name is Vasilis Magoulas and I’m an award-winning, multidisciplinary graphic designer specialized in branding and creative direction. Vamadesign is my freelance creative graphic design studio, since 2004.
I create minimal and clean, non-template creative solutions with a grid-based approach and care about visual balance. I have worked in advertising companies, creative studios and as a freelancer for many projects with international clients.
I have been teaching graphic design and web design at Xinis Carierra Business School (IekAlfa.gr) since 2009 and I’ve lectured at universities and design events in the UK, Spain and Germany.
After 23 years in the graphic design field, I am happy and proud as my work has been selected and awarded in graphic design contests, participated in exhibitions and published in prestigious magazines and books from publishers all over the world such as: Rockport Publishers, Index books, Design & Design, Zeixs, Creative Review, Chois Publishing, New Graphic, Artpower, SendPoints, Hightone, etc (France, Germany, UK, U.S.A, Spain, China, Columbia, Germany, Greece).
Although branding and logo design are my greatest strengths, I can provide A-Z marketing and social media solutions to make your brand shine.
I love what I do and I want to see the people who trust me with their business and personal life, happy!
Besides design, I also use my creativity to express myself through my second love, music, by composing and writing lyrics. Last but not least I shoot photos everywhere!
I enjoy my coffee by the sounds of trip-hop downtempo and minimal house beats!
